About Us

Small shop responsiveness.

Large shop results. â€‹â€‹â€‹

Built on craftsmanship, driven by experience, and dedicated to getting it right. The first time.

Our Story

At Morris Machining, our mission is simple: deliver precision parts that meet the highest standards of quality - on time, made right, and built with care by people who take pride in their craft.

Founded by Travis Morris, a hands-on machinist with over a decade of experience in high-performance shops like Lockheed Martin, Ball Aerospace, and Faustson Tool, Morris Machining was created to offer a better kind of service, where quality isn't just promised, it’s built into every step.

We're a family owned shop based in Loveland, Colorado, and we know how important it is for your parts to be right. Not just to spec, but to function in the real world. That’s why we focus on tight processes, clean setups, and practical collaboration. Whether you're a manufacturer needing high-tolerance components or a startup working through early prototypes, we’ll work closely with you to make sure you get exactly what your project demands.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Hands-On Expertise

    • Every project is led by the same people doing the work. No handoffs, no sales filters, no surprises.

  • Precision and Process

    • We follow disciplined workflows and modern CNC programming practices (Mastercam, GD&T, fixture design) to ensure consistent, repeatable accuracy.

  • Partnership Mindset

    • We work side-by-side with engineers, designers, and manufacturers to make your designs manufacturable, efficient, and cost-effective.

  • On-Time, Every Time

    • We respect your timelines and understand that precision is worthless without reliability.

Our Promise

You’ll speak directly with the team doing the work. No sales handoffs or middle layers. That means faster answers, clearer expectations, and solutions informed by real-world machining experience. We follow disciplined workflows and modern CNC programming practices (Mastercam, GD&T, fixture design) to ensure consistent, repeatable accuracy. We respect your timelines and understand that precision is worthless without reliability.

Now Accepting New Projects

The shop is launching soon and we’re already taking on early inquiries and quoting new work. If you're looking for a shop that values craftsmanship and knows what it's like to be on the floor solving real problems, Morris Machining is ready to work with you.
