Morris Machining is a leading precision machining shop with a strong focus on delivering high-quality parts and services to Colorado and beyond.

 

Founded by Travis Morris, a seasoned machinist with over a decade of hands-on experience, our shop is built on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a deep respect for the machining trade.

 

After working at top shops like Lockheed Martin, Ball Aerospace, and Faustson Tool, Travis set out to build a machine shop focused on doing things right with clean setups, reliable processes, and serious attention to detail.

His experience spans everything from 5-axis mills and live-tool lathes to Wire EDM, with a strong focus on prototype and precision parts. With expert skills in MasterCam programming, blueprint reading, GD&T, and custom fixturing, Travis leads Morris Machining with a commitment to quality, reliability, and clean, efficient workflows. Whether it's a high-tolerance aerospace component or a custom-machined prototype, we take pride in delivering work that meets the highest standards, every time.

As a small, family-run shop, we focus on building relationships and bringing high-quality work to your business. We’re located in Loveland, Colorado, and are proud to serve northern and central Colorado with consulting, CNC machining, and specialized manufacturing services.
